Fees above DO NOT include fees from OUTSIDE sources, if applicable. Example: Recording fee to appropriate County Recorder; Title Endorsement fee to insuring Title Company; Title Insurance premium to insuring Title Company; Outside or Mobile Notary Services, etc.
Examples of recording fees would be as follows:  Approximate recording fee/per Deed for an OWNER OCCUPIED property is $20.00
-$25.00.  Approximate recording fee/per Deed for a NON-OWNER OCCUPIED property is $100.00.  Approximate recording fee for a Revocable Transfer on Death Deed (whether Owner Occupied or Non-Owner occupied) is $100.00.  Approximate recording fee for dual title documents (Deed of Trust with Assignment of Rents; Substitution of Trustee/Full Reconveyances, etc.) are $200.00.
